- You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the total booking amount
Refunds, if applicable, are governed by the cancellation policy associated with each listing.
6. Cancellations & Refunds

- Guests are responsible for reviewing and agreeing to the applicable policy
- Kone2HBPad is not responsible for refunds outside the stated policy
Service fees may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
7. Vendor / Host Responsibilities
Vendors and hosts agree to:
- Provide accurate property descriptions, pricing, and availability
- Comply with all local, state, and federal laws (including STR regulations)
- Maintain safe, clean, and habitable properties
- Honor confirmed bookings
Kone2HBPad may remove or suspend listings that violate these Terms or applicable laws.
8. Guest Responsibilities
Guests agree to:
- Follow property rules and house policies
- Use properties responsibly and lawfully
- Be financially responsible for damages beyond normal wear
Any disputes between guests and hosts should be resolved directly when possible.
9. Platform Use & Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for unlawful purposes
- Submit false or misleading information
- Attempt to bypass payment systems
- Interfere with site security or functionality
- Scrape, copy, or misuse platform content
Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
