Guest access

Guests have full access to shared spaces throughout the property, including the living room, family room, fully equipped kitchen, indoor dining table, and outdoor dining area. You’re also welcome to enjoy the front yard, BBQ grill, and multiple TVs for entertainment. Whether relaxing indoors or dining outside, there’s plenty of room to feel at home.

• 💳 Security Deposit & House Rules
• 🚭 No Smoking – This is a non-smoking home. Smoking of any kind indoors is strictly prohibited.
• 🔍 A $500 penalty will be charged and reported to Airbnb if smoking is detected.
• 🧼 Cleaning & Damage Deposit – A refundable security deposit may be required to cover damage or excessive cleaning.

💡 A $150 cleaning fee will apply if the space is left in poor condition, including:

• Dirty/unwashed dishes
• Excessive trash
• Spills or messes beyond normal use
