- 🚭 No Smoking – This is a non-smoking home. Smoking of any kind indoors is strictly prohibited.
- 🔍 A $500 penalty will be charged and reported to Airbnb if smoking is detected.
- 🧼 Cleaning & Damage Deposit – A refundable security deposit may be required to cover damage or excessive cleaning.
- 💡 A $150 cleaning fee will apply if the space is left in poor condition, including:
Dirty/unwashed dishes - Excessive trash
- Spills or messes beyond normal use
